Madeline Milne has called Puerto Vallarta home since 2011. Over the years, she has worn many hats including raising her son in Mexico, longtime director of the largest English-language newspapers in the Bay, Magazine publisher, Moon Guide author of two Puerto Vallarta editions, and real estate expert. She has travelled extensively throughout Mexico, often on long road trips, visiting 24 of the 31 Mexican states. Except for the days it hits 41 degrees Celsius / 106 Fahrenheit, PV is still her favorite place!
