Qigong for Health & Wellness

Certified Qigong Instructor and Reflexologist

Qigong is a slow moving ancient Chinese exercise for building strength and energy in the body (Chi).

Bring a yoga mat, water and wear comfortable clothing.

Tickets are good for any session November 2025 - March 2026. Bring your confirmation (digital or printed) to the IFC Front Desk where you will receive tickets to be used for any class.
