Grief Support Group
Are you grieving the loss of someone or something important in your life?
Whether you’ve lost a loved one, a beloved pet, or are experiencing another significant loss or life change, grief can feel isolating. You don’t have to navigate it alone.
The IFC invites members of our community to join our Grief Support Group—a welcoming and supportive space to connect with others, share experiences, and find understanding among people who are also navigating grief and loss.
The group meets monthly on Wednesdays from 11:30 am–1:00 pm at the IFC Clubhouse.
This is a free community resource, open to everyone. IFC membership is not required.
Coffee, water and snacks are available for purchase. All proceeds are in support of cleft palate surgeries and IFC’s grants to educational and social service non-profits.
About the Facilitator
Laura Ghilardi Miller
Laura’s connection to grief support is deeply personal. She lost her husband to cancer 27 years ago, an experience that shaped her understanding of grief and the importance of having support along the way. Facilitating grief support groups brings Laura a deep sense of fulfillment. If she can help make the journey a little easier for someone else, she feels she is fulfilling her passion and purpose.
