Fun in the Kitchen: Cooking with Mushrooms

Discover delicious ways to cook with mushrooms in this beginner-friendly class featuring three mushroom-based dishes. Learn practical tips, sample each dish, and enjoy a functional mushroom beverage.

Two classes are offered—one in November and one in January.

Cyn is a mushroom medicine practitioner and conscious chef. Born in Puerto Vallarta and raised in California, Chef Cyn moved back after 31 years. She is a lifelong forager and mushroom educator with 25 years of experience working with mushrooms and 20 years of culinary experience in Michelin kitchens. With an eco-conscious approach, she has used food, fungi, and traditional plant practices throughout her own healing journey to support others.
