IFC HOME TOURS - Supporting Local Charities

Explore inside some of Puerto Vallarta’s most remarkable homes, from charming traditional casas to stunning multimillion-dollar beachfront condos and villas. Travel in comfort aboard our air-conditioned tour bus while our friendly guides share fun and informative commentary along the way. Net proceeds support our Cleft Palate Program—now over 40 years strong— as well as other educational, humanitarian and medical local charities.

Mobility Requirements

Good mobility is required to fully enjoy the Home Tours experience. Many homes we visit are located in areas with steep or uneven streets, cobblestones, stairs and other accessibility challenges. Due to the size of our tour buses and the location of some homes, buses may not stop directly in front of a property. Guests may need to walk several blocks or navigate stairs and uneven surfaces. Sturdy sandals or sneakers are necessary.  Please consider your ability to comfortably manage these conditions when booking your tour.

On tour day, we meet at the Sea Monkey Restaurant which is located at Aquiles Serdan 174 at the Malecón. The Sea Monkey offers our guests a discounted breakfast beginning at 9:00am before each tour.

General Schedule

9:15 am to 9:30 am - Check-In 

9:45 - Intro Talk 

10:00 am - First Bus Departs

The tour is approximately 4 hours.
