Since 1985, the IFC has helped children and families with free assessments, surgeries, and follow-up care for cleft palates. Medical teams from Guadalajara volunteer at CMQ Hospital, while the IFC covers travel and supplies. Nearly 1,000 surgeries later, countless children and families are smiling again.
