Classes Monday and Thursday, 3:00pm to 4:30 pm during high season unless otherwise noted.
$120 pesos per class. IFC Member Discount: 6 tickets for $600

Please wear comfortable, lose fitting clothing. No prior experience necessary, but please be punctual in arrival time.
